This form requires enrollment in the
PRO-Fashion Professional Course 2025
which will be held at the headquarters of BFA - MILAN in Via Durini, 9 in Milan.
To this end, we inform you that we have paid the deposit of € 1,000.00 by bank transfer, with the remaining balance to be settled according to methods to be defined with the Management within the week before the start of the course.
Submitting the form without paying the required down payment does not determine enrollment in the course.
Failure to attend the lessons will result in the loss of the registration fee.
Failure to settle the balance within the aforementioned deadline will result in the loss of the registration fee and exclusion from the course.
The paper copy of this form and of the participation regulations must be signed directly at the headquarters by the date indicated above.

Requirements for the access of
non-EU foreign students in Italy
For admission to the Courses by foreign students residing in non-EU countries, in addition to valid personal documents, a passport or other travel document and an entry visa (for visits and/or tourism, for work, for study and/or research, for family members, etc.) are required, which must be requested from the Italian embassy or consulate in the country of origin or permanent residence of the non-EU foreign citizen. The Academy does not issue invitation letters nor does it directly handle the procedures relating to the issuing of visas.
Upon request from embassies or consulates, a certification attesting enrollment in one of the training courses can be issued, once the relevant procedure has been completed and formalized.
