This form requires enrollment in the PRO-Fashion Academic Course 2024/25
which will be held at the headquarters of BFA - MILAN in Via Durini, 9 in Milan.

To this end, we inform you that we have paid the deposit of € 1,000.00 by bank transfer, or Credit Card/PayPal with the remaining balance to be settled according to methods to be defined with the Management within the week before the start of the course.

Submitting the form without paying the required down payment does not determine enrollment in the course.
Failure to attend the lessons will result in the loss of the registration fee.
Failure to settle the balance within the aforementioned deadline will result in the loss of the registration fee and exclusion from the course.
The paper copy of this form and of the participation regulations must be signed directly at the headquarters by the date indicated above.
